We’re thrilled to share that Q2 Corporation has been selected by the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation to represent Michigan State University at TechCrunch Disrupt 2025 in San Francisco this October!
This is a major milestone in our journey — taking our work from Malawi to the global stage.
From Smart Villages to Simulation
One of our first creations is Kwathu Farms — where real farms meet interactive play:
- Kwathu Smart Innovation Farms (KSIF) serve as living laboratories for sustainable agriculture — integrating solar power, water systems, logistics, and AI-driven planning to help rural hubs thrive.
- Kwathu Farms: The Game turns these systems into immersive commercial and educational gameplay, engaging youth, building digital skills, and inspiring systemic transformation.
Representing us at Disrupt will be our Founder & CEO Ms. Nthanda Manduwi and our Engineering CTO Mr. Alvaro Anaenugwu.
Why This Matters
TechCrunch Disrupt is one of the world’s most influential stages for startups, bringing together investors, innovators, and thought leaders.
For us, it’s more than a conference — it’s a chance to show how Africa’s innovation ecosystems are designing solutions with local roots and global impact.
If you’ll be in San Francisco, we’d love to connect:
